The Konkani Association of Australia takes great pleasure in inviting you to Diwali Bollywood Dhamaka, our most awaited and final event of 2022.

Date: Saturday, 12^th November 2022

Time: 06:30 pm to 11.30pm

Venue: The Madison Function Centre, Phoenix Hall ,632 Old Northern Rd, Dural NSW 2158

Car Parking: Available onsite

We have only 135 spots (100 adults & 35 kids) so KAA members will be given an opportunity to register first. We are also offering a very special registration price to our members. This is our way to thank the community for their support of KAA over the years.

Due to limited Tickets for this Event, MJ(Member Jungle) registration and payment should be done on the same day to complete the registration process. Registration in MJ will be forfeited if payment is not done on the same day or only payment is done without registration in MJ. 

Tickets once booked are not transferable. For any booking disputes, the KAA Committee's decision will be final.

Diwali Bollywood Dhamaka registration fees:

Registration opens (Members) - 3rd October 2022

Early Bird Members (Until 9^th October 2022)

Member Adult - $35 (50% discount compared to non-member price)
Member Child* - $21 (Over 3 years but under 9 years)

Early Bird ends on 9^th October 2022, after which

Member Adult - $55
Member Child* - $32 (Over 3 years but under 9 years)

Registration opens (Non Members) -  17^th October 2022 (If event sells out after Member registrations, then event will not be open to Non Members)

Non Member Adult - $70
Non Member Child* - $42 (Over 3 years but under 9 years)

* Child – Free entry for Kids under the age of 3 years.

Fees include Champagne on Arrival, Three-course dinner with unlimited Wine and Non-alcoholic drinks.

Refund Policy:

Applicable for all individual tickets [Member or Non-Member Adult & Child ticket]

Cancellation before 7 days of the event date - Full refund excluding $10 admin fee per adult ticket & $5 admin fee per child ticket

Cancellation within 7 days of the event date - No refund

All cancellation & replacement/exchange requests should be sent to events@konkani.org.au via email. KAA can help to facilitate a replacement for any cancellations if there is a waiting list (but does not guarantee this), with difference being paid for change in value for member/non-member/child tickets but no refunds by KAA.
